Our company's production plant is located in prosperous Shunde District of Foshan City Guangdong Province, in the Pearl River Delta region. With spacious environment and well-equipped facilities, our factory can fully provide a complete service package including product development, design, manufacturing and processing.

In the pursuit of perfection, Honwell has continuously improved the quality of product design and production. Through rapid expansion, our factory now has a one-stop service including the following divisions:

Hand-make sample division: responsible for the creation of hand-made sample according to client's product design.

 

Mold-making division: creates the alloy die-casting mold or plastic injection mold according to the hand-make sample and client's product design.

 

Injection workshop: includes the alloy die-casting division and plastic injection division, which is equipped with advanced plastic injection machines and die-casting machines.

 

Product assembly workshop: has 8 lines of assembly working bench to perform the assigned production schedule.

 

Burnishing division: responsible for the surface-polishing of products.

 

Printing division: manage client’s product logo printing processes. It includes silk screen printing, transfer printing and thermal-transfer printing.

 

Spray painting division: responsible for the product surface spray painting. It is equipped with water curtain type spraying facilities and ventilated individual rooms.

 

Packaging division: completes the packaging of products. The packaging process has followed the C-TPAT (GSV) standard.

 

Quality control and assessment division: strictly examines the quality of the finishing products to ensure the products meet client's requirements.
